A **50% advance payment** is required before initiation. Remaining 50% must be cleared before final delivery or launch. Advance payments are non-refundable once work commences.

6. Intellectual Property
Deliverables become client property only after **full payment**. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio.
7. Confidentiality
